I don't think they give out feedback as I didn't get any last year when I didn't pass. But it's also to do with the amount of applicants. If your specialism is more competitive this year it will be harder to pass

I didn’t get longlisted again, I thought I did well in the test this year 😔

I’m really sorry to hear it didn’t happen this year. Perhaps try again next year, you could have been close. I bet you have an amazing application worth seeing so perhaps if you were to pass the SJT next time, you could fly through the whole process.

Does the longlisting result depend on the SJT?

It does, then the shortlisting on your personal statement/experience etc

So they dont really check the education etc for longlisting?

interesting that they mentioned the application numbers in the email, they didn't do that last year! I wonder if that means this year had a lot more applications than last year

Hey also didn't get longlisted for the 3rd time! It's sad but genuinely not the end of the world. I don't think it's just 30% as they make it seem it has to be a lot more people
