Totally confused

Hello, i am trying to join uni for 2025 intake.
I was called to do an access to He nursing course, but at the end they refused me to do Gcse english. Despite of level 5 study from foreign country,i need to do my english again because british english is not comparable to anywhere.
I have already started Gcse english and thinking to take access course online from next week.
My confusions are.
. Can i do both at the same year?
. How can i reserve my uni place, as my gcse and access certificate gonna come out on july/august next year?
. Is there any chance i can start the application and ask uni to wait for my certificate?
. For 2025 sept intake, when should i need to start an application.?
