BTEC LAW - Unit 3 (Applying the Law)
Hi everyone, I'm struggling a bit with how to approach the evaluation points for any topic in my essay. I understand the key arguments and cases, but I'm not sure how to present the strengths and weaknesses clearly. Could anyone provide a framework or structure on how to write strong evaluation points and get that top band in the mark scheme
