MyCam Educational Experience

Hello guys, im trying to fill in the Cambridge MyCam form and theyre asking about my educational experience. Should i mention that we didnt get enough practical sessions or that the teacher wasnt effective? Or is that a bad idea that would make me look bad for saying.
Thanks
MyCam is about you and your experiences, not your teachers. If you’re applying and you have the calibre to go to Cambridge, mentioning your teachers on a form that’s meant to further boost your profile and interests won’t look great. Make yourself look better by talking about your experiences, not by making others look worse.

In the example they said “extensive teacher absence/ lack of resources”
Is saying “i had to put in a lot of individual effort” a better look?

I would only give specific, named examples of teacher absences or lack of resources that would be unusual and cause educational disruption. For example, if you didn't have a teacher for an extended period of time or if you had multiple teachers leave, etc.

I would advise against saying that you "had to put in a lot of individual effort" as this may be taken as meaning homework or revision, rather than specific educational disruption.
