applying to unis

I wanted to do dentistry I didn’t get into the specific subjects I needed for it at a level (my grades:7,6,6,,4,4,4,3) im doing applied science psychology and sociology if I got As in psychology and sociology and a distinction in applied and a lot of work experience and volonteering would it worth it to apply to Plymouth for a foundation degree or a gateway degree at Bristol?

I’d suggest applying for the gate way than Plymouth foundation, ok many people doing the foundation even with aaa a levels because of their ucat score being lower, and btech don’t really get looked at when applying

i think either liverpool or manchester do a foundation course for people that dont have the science subjects

Hi there! 🙂

As I'm not a dental student, I can't answer any specific questions related to that degree but I can always answer any general university/Plymouth/student experience related queries if you have any, so feel free to reach out!

If you have any specific admissions related queries, I'd recommend reaching out to our admissions team at admissions@plymouth.ac.uk or +44 1752 585858

Best of luck! 🙂
