KCL UCAS Requirements
I was wondering if this meant that you can get 36 points and not 666 at HL and itll be ok or is that not the case.
This is from the website:
36 points overall or an aggregate score of 18 from three Higher Levels.
Note: The total point score of 38 includes TOK/EE.

If it says or it means you can fulfill the requirements with either 36 or 666, however make sure you take a close look at the requirements because many universities will also require specific grades for specific subjects in addition to the requirement mentioned above

If the entry requirements are confusing or you are just not sure if you are correctly interpreting the info, just email the Uni and ask - they won't mind.
