NEA for private history a level

im considering doing history as a private a level and im having a hard time figuring out where i would apply to get my NEA marked. it seems like a headache to sort out, if its even possible. i know some services such as oxbridge or open study college exist, but im doubting their authenticity as ive seen pretty terrible reviews by people who've used them, not to mention the terrible prices. can i have history tutors mark it since they could verify its from me?
