Tuition Fee Cancelled

Good evening. i applied for student finance for a repeat of the 3rd year nursing course after taking a year out of study due to extenuating circumstances and was approved for both tuition and maintenance loans. i received my first maintenance payment about a month ago and i’ve just happened to look at my account to discover the tuition fees have been cancelled. I’m obviously really concerned about this and panicking. please help

Hi unlucky-blizzard,

Did you have any previous study prior to the course you are currently attending?

Thanks, Clare

Hi there. Just to confirm then is this your first repeat year? Did you study prior to this course? Thanks, David

Hi. I’ve had no correspondence sent to me. I only discovered this last night as I logged on to upload my evidence

Thanks. You best option would be to contact us directly for this. If you have never repeated a year previously, or used this on any previous course you should have enough funding for this repeat.

You can contact us on 0300 100 0607 for further assistance. Our opening hours are stated on our ‘contact us’ page. Alternatively, to access our live chat service select 'undergraduate' from your account and then ‘contact us’. From here you will be able to use our live chat service when it is available. Thanks, Leah.

Thanks, Leah.
