Hello, I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy at birley dunham it is an en-suite room
-10 minute walk to MMU
-7 other flatmates and shared kitchen but have their own bedroom and bathroom.
-paid in 8 £1050 installments the 15th of every month all bills included, i will be paying this month
-44 week contract 14/09/2024 - 13/07/2025
-coop and a few other shops right next to the accommodation
