The simple answer is, yes. But if you want to be extra sure, look at the course entry requirements on the website of all of the Uni's you listed above. I am more than sure though, that with those A Levels, you shouldnt have trouble applying to any of those universities or courses, granted you ace those A Levels.
Good luck with your studies and your application(s)!
Can I do medicine, dentistry, economics or law at any university with these a level options provided I ace the LNAT/UCAT/TMUA A levels: Bio, chem, maths Med: any uni Economics: Cambridge,UCL, Manchester, Warwick,LSE Law: Cambridge, LSE, UCL, KCL, Durham
For economics you’d want to do further maths (it’s not strictly essential at any apart from LSE though) to have a decent chance at top 5 universities. For law at those very competitive universities, as far as I understand taking essay subjects is important, so with none you might have a weaker application. For medicine/dentistry that combination is perfect.
If your preference is medicine/economics, maths bio and chem is good but if you prefer law/economics I’d take 1 or preferably 2 essay subjects.

I have never heard of an essay subject requirement for Law, some students in my year studied physics, maths and further maths. There are no subject specific requirements.

For single honours economics LSE expects A-level Further Maths if your school offers. You may be less competitive for UCL, Cambridge, and Warwick without it too.
For law any subject combination is fine so those options should all be fine.
