What to put as residential category as an Irish citizen

i’m an Irish citizen and applying to university through UCAS, but i’m a bit unsure what to put for my residential category. i’ve lived in england for my whole life almost, but i have an irish passport. my parents are both british citizens

I think it would be the following if your parents are UK citizens:

UK citizen - England
You are a UK citizen, or are the child or grandchild, or the spouse or civil partner of a UK citizen, and have lived in England
for the past three years, but not just for full-time education. If you have been living in England for three years partly
for full-time education, you also lived in England prior to that three year period.
UK/Home - Irish residents are entitled to Home fees.
