Personal statement paragraph breaks

I'm currently trying to figure out whether it's more important to have line breaks in my personal statement or to have more content. I'm five lines over with paragraph breaks - do you think it's worth cutting down some of the statement so that I can split up paragraphs or should I just remove line breaks? Any advice would be really helpful! 🤗

E.g.
Without line breaks
This is one paragraph
This is the next paragraph

With line breaks
This is one paragraph

Universities are used to reading personal statements with and without paragraph spacing. So long as the structure is clear, it doesn’t really make a difference. I personally took out all of my line spacing and sent my personal statement off in a block paragraph format to make room for more content, and I would recommend prioritising content over aesthetics in this case. You only have one personal statement, so be sure to include everything you want to say.
As above - we are used to reading PS with blocks of text and no paragraph-breaks, and we don't mind.
