law transfer year 2

has anyone successfully managed to transfer to a russell group uni in second year? do they allow this at all for law courses anyway? if so at what uni did you transfer to

You can't, you have to redo year 1. I know someone who transferred from East Anglia to Nottingham but they had to redo their first year. It could be because certain unis have different core modules.

i asked liverpool and they said i need to re-do , but i assumed other unis might be different. although it makes sense for law courses especially, as modules are different

This isn't a Russell group per say but SOAS allow direct entry into year 2 law: https://www.soas.ac.uk/study/find-course/llb
