Hello I was interviewed a week ago and I can't remember the first question but the other were "Ho do you manage someone's expectations?" and "How you deliver news to someone?. What area did you apply for?

I have been a work coach before and had my interview again last week.
The questions always change but if you Google you can find lists of potential questions. One of mine was name a time when you had to make a fair and impartial decision.
