Are these grades good enough for Oxbridge and Russell group unis?

I heard GCSEs takes up 15% of the worth of the application So my grades are:
99777776666
3 of my 7s are getting remarked and 1 of my 6s are getting remarked hopefully they go up a grade.
I underperformed quite a lot than what I was expected to get ( I was predicted 7 A*s and the rest As with one B ) and I was incredibly disappointed on results day, though I still got in a decent school.
Russell Group unis yes, Oxbridge you ‘ll need a bit more

You are making significant assumptions about how universities assess applicants.

In reality this varies considerably between unis and even between courses at different unis. It's not a simple "all unis consider 15% of their decision based on your GCSEs" - that's not how admissions work in general. In fact few courses except medicine and similar have such rigid scoring mechanisms (and those that do, make these very clear with the information available publicly).

Without any information about what you want to apply to or where this is an impossible question to answer and you're asking it for the wrong reasons.

I suggest going back to the drawing board and doing some further research about how universities assess applicants and what the requirements are for the specific course(s) you want to apply to at the particular universities you intend to apply to.

And...???
I think we covered this 3 weeks ago. Competitive courses are competitive regardless of your GCSE profile., but yours are fine for the majority of courses in the UK.

This is simply wrong. Cambridge put relatively little emphasis on GCSEs whereas some other top universities put more emphasis on them than Cambridge.

The chances of you being Oxbridge material are slim.In reality most successful applicants have many 8/9's.Do some research on What do they know? about your chosen subject
