Applying to approach to social work

Hiya I’m trying to apply for a programme but it requires my maths results which I have as a provisional result but not certificate and they apparently don’t accept that why? And how do I get my certificate if I took the exam years ago?

I would contact the exam centre at which you took the exam because they may have the certificate. If that doesn't work then you can contact the exam board and pay for a replacement certificate, but I would definitely advise contacting the centre where you took the exam first.
