Middlesex Appeal

I’m currently at middlesex university and completed an Academic appeal on the 20th August. I still haven’t heard back back yet - do they normally take this long?

Have you contacted the people handling the appeal and asked what the timescales are for getting a response?

Yes they said within a week or up to 3 months but I honestly think waiting three months is ridiculous

This is unusual. Contact your head of department and ask for clarification on the matter.

Hello Morgan03n,

We’re sorry to hear this. In normal circumstances the Middlesex team aims to complete the appeal process within 90 calendar days. It might seem like a while, but this is because it can take time to deal with all the issues involved and ensure a fair outcome.

Every effort is made to keep students informed of the progress of their appeal until a final outcome can be issued.

Thank you
