Where to submit Enlish certificate and grades as international student

Hello, I am Hiba. I want to apply to the Engineering Science course at Oxford University. As an international student from the Netherlands, I find it hard to put my educational history in UCAS. I have all my gradelists from highschool but I don't know how to really put that in UCAS. I did add my school and stuff but I don't know where to add my grades really (in modules?). Since you are also an International student, how did you do it? Did you just e-mail your grades to the university before the deadline?
And to which e-mailadress do I then send my exam results and English certificate aswell? In advance, thanks for your reply

@DataVenia might be able to answer your questions?!

Well, to be honest, I'm not terribly familiar with the education system in the Netherlands.

As I understand it, you'll have taken (or will soon take) the Diploma Voorbereidend Wetenschappelijk Onderwijs (VWO), meaning you'll have grades (predicted or actual) in all of the general education components (Dutch Language and Literature, Social Studies, Culture and Fine Arts, etc.), plus those subjects within your chosen subject cluster. For Engineering Science, Oxford mandate that you have studied the Science and Technology cluster, meaning that you should have grades (predicted or actual) in each of Mathematics B, Physics, Chemistry, plus one of Nature, Life and Technology, Computer Science, Biology, or Mathematics D. Is any of that close to being right?

I don't know if UCAS has any of this in the drop-down lists within the Education Section (I suspect not, else you wouldn't be asking the question). However, I do know that they have "Other" in the list, which then allows you to type whatever you like as the name of the qualification. So I suggest listing each of the above as a separate qualification with a separate grade. (E.g. "VWO: General: Social Studies" or "VWO: Science and Technology: Physics" - or whatever space allows).

You could take the same approach with your English Certificate if you can't find it in the drop-down list.

If you've yet to complete a qualification, the grade should be "pending", and your referee (your school/college) will be given the opportunity to provide a predicted grade.
