Have you applied to dentistry with your other 4 choices then?

If you've got a dentistry themed personal statement and then applied for QMUL pharmacology, then its unlikely. It's not your fault though. Your tutors or staff that help with your personal statement should be advising you on how to word it if you are applying for different subjects.

But also, bioscience modules tend to be pretty similar in the first year. I don't know about dentistry and how their years are equivalent to normal undergrad but have a look, and if they have similar/same modules, you can use that to reword it a bit in your personal statement

Really you should ask your tutors for more advice on the statement.

In terms of safety, statistically it's one of the most dangerous cities, if you look up "crime comparison london vs [CITY] you can compare with ur city.
In reality, it can depend. Some people get harassed or stolen from and some don't have any problems, while living in the same region.
As long as you're conscientious I wouldn't worry that much about crime.

Good thing I didn't apply there for pharmacology lol, I ended up going with Pharmacy at Bath because I have a guarenteed interview anyway so hopefully that goes well.

Also i did email QMUL and they sent a really nice response saying that they do understand this is a common occasion therefore may ask for a second personal statement which varies from case to case.
