ucas predicted grades help

i’m in year 13 and i’m using 2/5 of my choices on ucas to apply to warwick. i’m super eager to receive an offer and it works out for me location wise and it’s a uni which offers course which really suit my interests. i take physics, english lit + lang, and computer science, and i’m predicted ABC. i’m applying for the politics and sociology course as well as the sociology course. sociology asks for ABB whilst having BBB as the lowest according to ucas, and politics and sociology asks for AAB with BBB being the lowest. would this C be bothersome in this case? the grade is in computer science which i didn’t take in GCSE, this is the reason why i’ve been predicted this. i did underperform in my mocks due to health reasons, so my predicted are based off of performance of year 12. any advice would be helpful!

Warwick is a top uni. If they offer you a spot, they will ask for the standard grades - ABB. If you are predicted ABC you should still apply since your predicted grades are not a certainty so the uni will probably make you an offer.

do you think they’d offer something contextual due to background and such?

Only if you meet their published contextual criteria.

Like a lot of unis they do make aspirational offers, so it is worth a punt if you are keen, as long as your other choices are more in line with your predictions.
