Get angry. It’s personal to you but think about all the bad **** they did like never helping with chores, texting other girls/boys constantly, hiding their phone, sneaking around behind your back, not coming home when they say they will, all the times they lied, all the times they used you and were ungrateful etc etc. Allow yourself time to be sad and angry. It’s grief.

Forgive. Eventually the sadness with fade away and you should replace the anger with forgiveness. Learn from the mistakes and focus on being the best version of you. When someone else comes along, and they will, you’ll be grateful for what you’ve learnt and ready to give again.
