I just got my enrolment email and I was going through the process when I found out the messed up my birthday on the enrolment site. I've been trying to call for the past 3 days but they're lines are always full. I've sent an email too but nothing. What is the best way to go about this if you know.

This can be frustrating - i know the lines and enrolment staff are very busy this time of year. If you've sent am email they will see it once it reaches the top of their inbox and action it - if you urgently need this changed i can only advise you try the phones till they free up slightly. If it's not urgent then they will see your email as soon as they are able
