LSE Anthropology and Law Applicants 2025

Why Anthropology and Law and how did you get Anthropology/Law in your ps 😭

Hi,
I'm thinking about applying to law with anthropology too (Im not entirely sure yet though)!What im thinking of doing is trying to find a set piece of research the university has done and then link that to something from law (I'm not really sure if that makes sense) but for example if it was something about how humans have developed through time you could talk about this and then how this change in society means that laws also have to change to keep up. I'm applying for Law everywhere else and Law and anthropology at LSE so I'm finding it hard to not make it too law dominant! Are you applying to law and anthropology everywhere or are you in the same position as me? This may help me help you more!

Law and Anthropology is only offered at LSE in England! I went a bit more subtle with law and culture and then international law (but a past student read it and they noticed the subtle nods to it 😭)
