DT GCSE OCR NEA - Please help

i'm doing my DT NEA for GCSE atm and my design context is reducing waste so i am looking at waste from pill bottles, specifically around biodegradability. however, i have come to a problem where i can't come up with enough designs. my designs need to dispense 1 pill at a time (if possible) and need to be child-resistant but easy for people with lower dexterity levels or elderly to open, as they are the people who use and take medicine the most.

any ideas would be appreciated (i only have 4 designs and I need 12!!!)

also, any tips on how to avoid 'design fixation'?
