Hi @hollythomas1227
Lots of Unis have their own online submission platform. However, to get it organised so you have everything in one place I'd advise setting up a single folder to out all the photos in, and then create a Powerpoint or Google Slide show, just so you know how it looks, and that you have everything there ready to go.
