I’m off to the open day soon. If you’re happy for me to message you on the day I’ll happily ask questions etc and get back to you? On their website it says

“Our Wellbeing and Disability Service has a dedicated team of autism practitioners who are responsible for coordinating support for autistic students. Whether you have a diagnosis or not, there is support available to help you get the most out of your studies.“

Here’s a link to the page specifically for autism there; there’s another link for prospective students too!

The services provided are slow to start with , the Profomo that was put into place at the middle of the first term was ignored by staff members, I suggest you wear you autism like a badge as if it’s not obvious at first , lecturers will not be aware of it , even though they will say all staff will have a copy of your disability Profomo. I felt very let down by the University

I withdrew from the course , the University has policies and procedures in place to tick the boxes. Unfortunately the services are lack lustre and provided nothing. I have zero interest in speaking with anyone from the University, as while I was a student I needed it, not now.
