Question about the Civil Service Fast Stream 2025 Online Test

Does anyone know the difference between the work based scenario and the case study assessment? From the info I read on both they seem very similar 🤔 What distinguishes them?

Work based will most likely be behavioural question's VS case study which will be to sort a specific issue to do with the real world. I might be wrong though so take this with a grain of salt.

Does anyone know any tips to determine the difference between 'ineffective' and 'counterproductive'? I feel like I can tell if the action is a good idea or a bad one, but then further categorising it I'm struggling with!

Ineffective = does not resolve the situation at all

Counterproductive = makes the situation worse instead

i got average for maths, above for WBS and higher for case study and was rejected. good luck tho let us know what happens!
