If you apply with achieved grades, you would receive an unconditional offer. If you apply with exams pending, you will receive a conditional offer.

But if you need your advanced highers to get on the course, then you will receive a conditional offer. If the entry requirements just need the results from your highers, then you should get an unconditional.
