Changed to part time

I changed my course from full time to part time, same university but different subject. I’ve rang SFE multiple times and have been messed about by every single one of the advisors. I can’t do a change of circumstance form as the subject is different and apparently switching from FT to PT isn’t possible with that form either; I can’t reapply online since it tells me I have an application but said application is cancelled. What exactly am I supposed to do to get my funding??? I am on the verge of dropping out from stress because of this ridiculous system!
