Help! A-Level subject choices for Humanities at Cambridge/RG universities

Hello! I've recently started my A-levels: English Literature, History and Sociology, with a view to doing English or History at Cambridge or a Russell group uni. I've been loving my subjects, but have become very concerned after hearing some people consider Sociology to be an easier subject, or not as respected? I was just wondered if anyone could provide insight into if this is true- it's been really worrying me! Im aiming for A*A*A* and plan to do an EPQ if this helps. Thanks so much!

They'd be fine for Cambridge

Don't worry, Sociology is fine alongside two "traditional" subjects, you won't be disadvantaged.

I applied to Oxford History & Politics with History, Economics and Art (+Art History EPQ) and got through to the interview stage at the time. Sociology is far more relevant for Humanities than my Art A-Level was, so I’m sure you’d be fine. Also, academics in the field probably respect Sociology far more than the average person with no experience with the subject content. Don’t worry too much
