post 18 options

so im currently in year 12 right now and im considering my post 18 options after sixth form. ive been wanting to go to university to study criminology but i don't need a degree for to get into the job that i want. so im wondering if i should go straight into employment after sixth form to save me into getting into that student debt. ill earn more money as an 18 year old than a university student anyways. what do you think i should do?
