Should I return my laptop

I bought a laptop off eBay, it’s been like 4 days and it’s the ASUS tuf dash A15, the specs were 40gb Ram, I think it was 412 gb of storage, I can’t check right now, an rtx 3050 and yeah, I got it for £406 with delivery, the guy said he hadn’t really used it for some time as he had a desktop so I didn’t really think that much of it, it came it was alright, it was kinda different from what the guy told me, but anyways, I think 2 days ago, it had these weird buzzing noises coming out from it, I was kinda scared it was gonna explode or sumn but then it stopped, then I ignored it, then also in one of my lessons I was using visual studio and then the noises started again but louder and it was glitching then I closed the laptop and then it stopped, then today it happened again and it was even louder and it shut down and it stated before it shut down that the pc run into a problem and that it needs to restart, and then it did restart , last night, I left it for some time, like 2 mins and I was using it before but it turned off, it didn’t turn on when I was pressing the on button, I had to press the power button for a good 20 seconds before it finally did, and now that I’m writing it, the laptop is not turning on, and I think I might need to do that before it turns on. What do you think the problem is, and should I try and return the laptop??
Assuming the laptop was sold as in working condition, return it for a full refund. Take photos and ideally a video of it misbehaving.

Post the photos when you put in your rejection claim, and mention you have a video of it not working properly.
