Studio tenancy takeover London for students

Hi, I have studio accommodation at Yara Lewisham (private kitchen + bathroom) for £285 a week in London and I am looking for a replacement tenant. It's right next to a train station and bus stops, a Sainsbury's, local cafe and other shops. Please reply or message me if interested.

Hi, you don't need a guarantor but the only catch is that you would have to pay in full rather than in installments (as this is what I had to do).

I'm with SFW not SFE so I'm not sure how much money they will give you, but if you're in university they will definitely give you money, but they will probably only give you £3000 every 3 months or something and so you'd have to pay for the rest of it by yourself or with help from someone before you get the rest of the money from SFE later. For this accomodation, you'd have to pay around £10000 in one payment. But phone up SFE and see what they say if you're still interested.
