Is 2 aspirational unis too risky?

I'm predicted ABC and i'm thinking maybe BBB is already aspirational (is it a good idea to try for ABB or would i just get a straight rejection ik that's the point of aspirational but would it be a 100% chance i'll get rejected?? my C is on chem and i wanna do microbio which requires B for chem).

Both good choices - and likely to consider AAC grade predictions.

If the uni requires a grade they will usually immediately reject an application not meeting it (unless you have mitigating circumstances)
I dont think that 2 aspirational applications are risky, but your application grades should be aspirational anyways, so aspirational would be recieving the grades you are predicted.
You have 5 unis to apply to so 2 being harder is okay, just make sure you put one you are pretty sure you could achieve!

thank you, i'm worried i'm gonna waste one choice if it's just a straight rejection but then again i'm not really liking other unis below my grade so i might give it a try. do you think a strong personal statement would help me get an offer? and what would you consider as "strong/really good PS"?

which uni is it that you are wanting to apply to? some are very focused on PS and some don’t read them! I can send you my PS if you want?

This isnt actually correct. Many Unis will put 'below' applications on hold, sometimes for months, whilst they make offers and decide how low they are going to go. This is why some offers are not made until April/May.
