Exeter Uni requirements
It says ib 36/666 and nothing else does that mean i have to get 666 at hl or 666 or 36 overall

It'll almost certainly mean 36 overall and 6,6,6 at HL.

We do have some further guidance about how we consider the International Baccalaureate here https://www.exeter.ac.uk/study/undergraduate/entryrequirements/internationalacademicqualifications/
We will consider an overall mark OR three individual Higher Level marks.
Please do check the course page carefully for where a specific subject may be required at Higher Level.
