Help: Revision techniques, Colleges and overall academic improvements

My first post on the TSR. To be completely honest, my Y10 June exams were really poor. Y7,8,9 I was averaging 5-8s, and now my highest was a 5. Mostly 3's and 4's. I have mocks beginning in December, (2nd, to be exact) and have no idea on what I'd need to do to start the revision process and actually find effective ways. My school has provided some pretty good things like PMT, Sparx, Cognito.

Some of you may know this school, but I go to Brampton Manor and as an internal, I wish to go there - and also consider college options.

Ideally, what would be some good revision ideas and where would I start?

My weakest:

Combined Science:
Chemistry, Physics

Sociology

History (It's a matter of writing on time and learning SK)

English Lit

What would be a great way to pull those grades up and start revising from now?

I was looking at Anki, Quizlet but I'm not sure.
For English lit ( I'm yr 11, target 8 or 9 in English) I rly like using the York Notes guides, they're a bit more detailed and clear than CGP and I like having the guide and workbook match up, just do it little and often as you go through the books/plays. Quizlet is super useful but for history (anything you find super content heavy) writing out real flashcards was a great revision task before I even used them. Also bitesize quizzes and exam practice questions are good for pretty much everything because you aren't just reading for hours straight and not fully taking stuff in. Don't stress too much and burnout tho, you have time to get things where you want to be!
