Gcse drama

I have been asked to find, memorize and perform two extracts from the same play for a component for my GCSE drama course. I could either do a monologue or a duologue. If it as a duologue, it would be male and female; (i'm male), Could I please have some suggestions. Again, its two extracts and they have to be around 5 mins in combined total, but any longer would be great. Also, it has to be a fully published play. It needs to be 'rich in context and themes'. Many thanks I really dont know what to do I hate making decisions.
