lower predicted grades at A levels

With predicted A* maths, A in economics and B in physics, what are my chances of getting in top universities asking for A*AA for computer science course.

Unless you're contextual, very low

Low. A*AA is usually a bare minimum, most applicants will have two, three, or more A*s. You could try applying for one competitive university as your aspirational application, but be prepared for a rejection.
There are plenty of perfectly good universities you could add to one or two aspirational ones. Look at Surrey or Lancaster, for example
