Hi,
I'd advise going to the GP for this and seeing if you can get referred for an MRI scan
I experienced similar symptoms at one point in my life, every 6 months or so, where a part of my vision would black out and a horrible headache focussed in the front right region of my forehead formed and would not go away until I vomited the entire contents of my stomach up. I'd have to go to sleep shaking and trying to focus on falling asleep in order to wake up with it gone. I think those were migraines just induced by my stress, but yours are so much more frequent and significant.
Please go to a GP

Have you been to an optometrist recently?
Also, what are your blood results?

It sounds like a migraine. In that case, regular painkillers will only help if taken at an exact time before the serious headache starts, otherwise you will still have all the symptoms even without the headache, if the painkillers will work at all.

Try to book an appointment with a neurologist specializing in migraines.

I'm scared to book something because they pass I off as nothing before they even do anything when I did check ups often bc in their words its a normal thing to go through while growing up but I just want them to take it seriuosly and actually look into it they barely even ask much questions I am thinking of going to a bigger hospital but it little towns till 1 1/2 hours from where I live and I've been to a few around me but they don't do much

i don't know what the cause might be 😞, but maybe the front right part of your head received damage in a past life. if that's the case, then having awareness of the past life event might be enough to make the headaches go away. i'm sorry you're going through this xx
