Reapplying to uni while still at uni
So I cleared into the uni for this academic year but I unenrolled before I started. However, they told me it'll take some time before they can process my unenrollment. I applied to uni again thinking I'd been unenrolled so I didn't declare it. Will this be a problem?

The requirement is that, "If you studied at a uni or college but didn't finish the course, you still need to enter these details. Include the start and finish date, and state that you didn't receive any qualifications there." (source)
As you say that you "unenrolled before I started", you didn't study there. Agreed? In which case, I see no issue.
