Unseen Prose: A-level literature, AQA, spec A. Any advice?
Hiya!
Calling all current and past A-level English Lit (A) students!
I'd be grateful for some advice for the Unseen Prose section in paper 2 (we're doing literature from 1945 to the present day).
To give some context, I am currently in year 12, however in the GCSE language exam, paper 1 question 4 wasn't my forte! I was overall decent at language analysis, but I mostly struggled with the longer essay question. I still achieved a good enough grade to study Literature A-Level in my school, however I'm personally a little concerned about this and how this may affect my learning thoughout a-level englit. As I'm looking to potentially study English further down the line, every part of the A-Level really matters so I would appreciate advice upon how to improve upon this skill. Thanks!
