Advice for veterinary science degree

If I get a foundation degree in science from a veterinary nurse course, will I be able to use that to get into a veterinary science course and eventually become a vet?

I’ve seen that you can use veterinary nurse degrees however I have found that the foundation degree in science isn’t a full degree so I wasn’t sure if I would be able to use it.

I don't think it would get you onto a graduate degree.

I think you would need to contact the universities and ask.

Completing a foundation degree would take away some years of eligibility for a Tuition Fee Loan, which you would then have to fund yourself for Veterinary Science/Medicine. If you haven't already started it, I would personally recommend an Access to HE Diploma.

I agree with everything said above, another option is doing A-levels if you haven’t already, retaking is also an option make sure to check which unis accept retakes but I am pretty sure almost all if not all accept at least one retake

If you were to do the foundation vet nursing degree, you would have to top it up to the full BSc Hons to gain access on to a veterinary medicine degree. You would also need to meet other requirements such as GCSE and a level stipulations. This would be very time consuming and costly - you would have to fund tuition fees for a second degree - so I wouldn’t recommend this route
