Data. What did your success pillars look like in the feedback report? Mine were all good except for grit apparently lol

A bit unrelated but I'm trying to apply for data too for 2025 start on this page here but it says "Applications to our 2024 graduate programmes are now closed, we will open for applications for 2025 starts in Q4 2024, in the meantime you can register your interest for the 2025 programmes using the link below."

Have they actually closed the deadline?

I'm also Risk & Compliance. Performed very poorly so not expecting call back. Nevertheless, yesterday received email saying that they were opening roles in Control & Conduct which was a similar profile and that I could also apply to that. Did you get it too? Or was it only sent to us who don't stand a chance for Risk & Compliance.

I applied to underwriting and got this email yesterday

"Dear Candidate,

Sam & Harry here!

Thank you for your continued interest in Beazley Early Careers 2025.

We received a large number of applications, and can confirm that, following on from your application to Underwriting Graduate Scheme, your application is currently under review with our Early Careers recruitment team.

We have screened your answers to the first half of your assessment, we are now starting to review your video responses.

We plan to have all screening completed by December time.

Once completed we will be in contact with you as soon as possible to let you know the outcome of the application."
