nottingham WP and WEX survey

I applied to Nottingham for Veterinary Medicine, but I haven’t received any information about completing the survey. I should also be receiving the Situational Judgement Test, but I haven’t heard anything from them. I’ve checked my junk folder and emailed them, but their reply wasn’t very helpful. They said the survey would be sent out within a few days of applying, but it’s been a week now! Has anyone else not received theirs?
