Accounting and finance without maths

Hi everyone,

I’m currently in year 13 and I’m going to apply to university soon and I’ve been wanting to do accounting and finance and only realise this in the middle of year 12. My greatest mistake was not doing maths when I first started sixth form. I have a few options that I’ve picked that don’t require maths which are the universities of: Southampton, queen Mary, Birmingham, reading (foundation year) and Nottingham. Are these good options or should I look for other ones? My predictions are likely to be AAA and I’m looking for other universities that are close to London or within London that don’t require maths to do accounting and finance. I heard Warwick does a foundation year but idk if it needs maths and if it’s for specific student requirement only

There are loads of options! What A levels are you taking? What was your GCSE maths grade?

Hey there , this may not fully answer your questions but it should help. sign up for one of the UCAs events near you and ask all those universities in person if you can't find all the relevant information on their website. But you're right there are a a lot of universities that offer accounting without maths or have foundation years instead .
pop into our stand too, I might be working their as an ambassador and would love to help.
