What Should I Expect from the ESG Advisor Certificate Sponsored by My Company?

I’m about to start my company-sponsored Financial Regulation Courses ESG Advisor Certificate, and I’d like to know what to expect. How challenging is the course, and what are the main areas of focus? Any advice on how to balance this course with full-time work responsibilities?
