What counts as relevant work experience in an MPhil application?

I am applying to the History (Women's, Gender and Queer History) MPhil at Oxford. On the application it says 'Please list any periods of employment, including current, that are relevant to the course to which you are applying.' My work experience is pretty much all either pastoral, museum-based, or library-based. How do I work out what is relevant? And is it better to list potentially irrelevant experience than list none at all?
I put all my voluntary work related to history and archive/library work in the "employment" section, and then put my non-academic jobs (i.e. Hospital receptionist, Healthcare Assistant) in the "extra information" section at the bottom so they have a better understanding of me all round.

The jobs that you described here, however, are all valid for the relevant experience section, as they will see what you have done and take into account the work/skills needed to undertake them.
