Caterham School

Hi,
I am applying for Caterham School for the sixth form, and I was wondering if anyone knows what it's like, what the application process it like etc.

Omg me too, did you apply to any other schools? I’m aiming for a scholarship (academic) but I don’t know if I’ll get in

I will be honest, the school's sixth form is really small and the interior is not spaced up. My sister goes to sixth form and she often has problems understanding practicals and the teachers are no help. She often states that the toilets are clogged and dirty.

Hey. Sorry I was on holiday and couldn't reply (I forgot my password lol). Are you doing the application thing on Saturday or are you doing it at your school? I looked at Westiminster but they aren't good with boarding on the wknds so no, I haven't applied for any other schools. My parents want me to stay at my current school, but are still letting me apply to Caterham just to see how it goes. Good luck! I'm stressed about the interview and congnitive assesment like what even is that??? I'm also doing Chemistry and Maths but I am worried they might ask something I haven't learnt before. What subjects are you doing? Are you applying for anywhere else? Text me privately and we can talk about it.

When I looked around the school was okay. What do you know about boarding? And why is there no info on the school. I couldn't find anything but for schools like Westminster, there is so many things, on here and other sites, for example. Did something happen that they just deleted everything because it's a bit suspicious.

Hi, I'm considering going to Caterham sixth form for September next year (having been offered scolarships) but was wondering if it was worth it? I'm currently at a high achieving grammar school which has good results, although not as good as Caterham, so I would only move if people think the school is exceptional - could do with some advice as the staff aren't too genuine. Thanks

I think this is a bit late since you were meant to accept like a couple weeks back, but the school is good if you are an all rounder, although there aren't many boarders, they have good music + sport facilities, as well as things for academics. They are great for USA applications and oxbridge. They work you hard i think, but let you rest too. IDk. I'm going there next September w a scholarship.
