Accommodation Year 2 Leeds Uni

Hi. I’m in my first year at university of Leeds. I’m looking to move for 2nd year with 5 of my friends so we’ll be 6. Can anyone tell my the best area for travel to uni & social. I’ve been told to look at either Woodhouse, Hyde park or headlingley but which is the best?
Anyone in the second year that was in a very good house that can suggest it to me if they’re moving out.
And if your house was bad can you tell me the landlord so I know who to avoid.
Any other tips or suggestions will be very much appreciated
