I've always wanted to attend brighton uni but now I am unsure as whenever I mention it to people they don't think of it as highly and also looking at the prices in brighton and acommidation it all seems very very expensive. I just wanted to know from anyone who has attended or is attending brighton uni or sussex uni even, how is it really?????
Hi there, I'm currently attending at Brighton, and so far, I think it is a wonderful place to study at! I like the University life that is there, and the lessons are fun. I can’t say anything about accommodation, as I don't live on site.

Also, in regards to funding the University of Brighton offer the Brighton Boost. It's additional funding directly from the University to help new students financially in their first year of study. If you currently live in an eligible English postcode you could receive support worth £1,250 to put towards the cost of university halls. You may also be eligible for University of Brighton bursaries and other support in subsequent years of study. We also offer financial travel funds for new students living off campus.
Brighton Uni is in the top 10 universities in SE England for graduate career prospects, and the top 1/3 in the UK for employment or further study, three years after graduating.
93% of students recommend their Brighton experience (Unicompare) 😁

Hi! I'm a current student at Brighton and the night life here is great! The uni has it's own student bar right on Mouslecoomb campus and there are pretty much bars one every corner in the city so pub crawls are amazing! We have quite a few nightclubs as well as a gay nightclub called revenge. They tend to have student nights on quite regularly. There are also quite a few gig venues if live music is more your thing such as Komedia (this is also a comedy club and a cinema!) and Concorde 2.
I hope this answers your question, feel free to ask more! Blue- TSR Student Ambassador
